Return Policy


**WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR ANY ELIGIBLE RETURNED MERCHANDISE**

We truly value our Customer's Satisfaction here at SUBELLE CHIC. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to process a full refund (STORE CREDIT ONLY, see above)  minus shipping costs within 14 days of your original purchase date. All items items must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered in any way with original tags attached and in saleable condition. Please click on the Return Authorization Form link below and mail a completed copy with the merchandise. Any incomplete Return Forms will result in a delay of processing refunds.
Non-returnable items include: Sale items, accessories, and bodysuits.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred to send the return back to Subelle Chic.

Return Processing time: Once we have receive your package, your return will be processed within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note: It takes 2-5 business days for your refund to be posted, depending on your credit card or financial institution.
 
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. Due to the nature of continuous orders, we cannot guarantee that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available or in-stock when a return is received.
